In order to make the installation of power distribution equipment easier, safer, faster, and save labor costs, our company has designed and produced MCB pan assembly (125A/250A, 6way-72way) MCCB busbars(250A/400A/630A, 2WAY-14WAY), FUSE RAIL （250A/400A/630A） and related accessories. They are mainly used for load center, feed pillar.We have our own brand "UP", we also do OEM, all products can be customized, with customer LOGO. Our products are produced in accordance with IEC standards. The main raw material of PAN ASSEMBLY is COPPER AND PC. The main raw material of FUSE RAIL is COPPER+DMC+NYLON. All plastic parts are flame retardant. At the same time, we welcome customers provide sample to make production customized, we can arrange to open a new mold, the time is about 35-60 days. We will refund the mold cost in future orders. All the products produced by our company are made by our own molds, which will help us better control the product quality and delivery time. For each batch of parts, we will conduct an appearance inspection, measure the thickness of the planting, and a salt spray test before putting it into the warehouse. For finished products, we will conduct random inspections on the production line, temperature rise tests, and keep samples for shipment.Our production capacity is about 25,000 sets per month, usually the delivery time is 25 days, and the sample order can be delivered within 7 days.
